Thor Motor Coach is accepting applications for a Consumer Affairs Liaison. This position will review, analyze and respond to any pre-legal, MVDN, state agency Lemon Law or other complaint.
Duties & responsibilities include:
*Communicate with the customers, attorney's or state agencies
*Assist with inspections and coordinate repairs on motorhomes
*Work closely with dealers to resolve repair concerns
*Assist Customer Service with elevated matters
*Negotiate for early resolution
Requires 5 years customer service/warranty experience. Knowledge of Legal process. RVIA certificfation or equivalent. Must have proficient communication and writing skills, a professional conduct, and strong conflict resolution skills. Ability to ulti-task and be detailed oriented.
